1. About This Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and participation in the Own Your Numbers Workshop (the “Workshop”) offered by Beyond Just Numbers LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing your purchase you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. The Workshop

The Own Your Numbers Workshop consists of two live 60-minute sessions delivered via Zoom. Sessions are scheduled for July 15, 2025 and July 17, 2025 at 7PM EST for the first cohort. Future cohort dates are determined at the Company’s discretion.

Upon purchase you will receive:

Delivered promptly after registration: Zoom links for both sessions, access to the Beyond Just Numbers investor community, and pre-workshop preparation materials.

Delivered within 48 hours after each session: Full recording of each completed session.

Delivered after the Workshop: The Financial Playbook Mini Course and the Tax Organization Playbook Mini Course. Delivery timing for these items is at the Company’s reasonable discretion.

3. Payment

The Workshop is priced at $97 USD per registration. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars. By completing payment you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with content.

As an alternative to a refund, registered attendees who are unable to attend the cohort for which they registered may transfer their registration to any future cohort of the Own Your Numbers Workshop at no additional charge. To request a transfer, email katherine@moonstonerealtygroup.com before the first session of your registered cohort. Transfers are non-transferable to third parties.

5. Recording and Intellectual Property

The Workshop sessions will be recorded. By registering and participating you consent to being recorded via audio and/or video during the live sessions.

All recordings, course materials, worksheets, templates, slides, written content, and any other content associated with the Workshop are the exclusive intellectual property of Beyond Just Numbers LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or create derivative works from any Workshop materials without prior written permission from the Company.

Your registration grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to access and use the Workshop materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Disclaimer of Results

The Workshop is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Workshop constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Results discussed or described in the Workshop are based on the personal experience of the instructor and are not typical. Individual outcomes will vary based on personal circumstances, market conditions, experience, effort, and many other factors outside the Company’s control. The Company makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific financial results or outcomes.

You are solely responsible for your own financial and investment decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before making any financial or investment decision.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Just Numbers LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Workshop, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Workshop.

8. Conduct and Community Standards

By participating in the Workshop and the associated community, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward all participants and the instructor. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the Workshop or community, without refund, for conduct deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate at the Company’s sole discretion.

9. Technical Requirements

Participation in the live sessions requires a stable internet connection, a device capable of running Zoom, and a valid email address. The Company is not responsible for technical issues on your end, including but not limited to poor internet connectivity, device malfunctions, or software incompatibility. Recordings will be provided to all registered attendees in the event of technical difficulties during the live session.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy at beyondjustnumbers.com/privacy. By registering you consent to receiving transactional and marketing communications related to your purchase and to Beyond Just Numbers LLC products and services. You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify the Workshop schedule, content, format, or delivery at its reasonable discretion. In the event of a significant change to session dates, registered attendees will be notified by email and offered the option to transfer to a rescheduled date or a future cohort. No refunds will be issued for schedule modifications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Beyond Just Numbers LLC with respect to the Workshop and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
